I specialize in working with those who have a severe and persistent mental illness. I have several years of experience in the treatment of depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, substance abuse, grief and panic disorders. I have worked with various populations throughout my career, such as the homeless population and those in recovery.
My mission is to provide a safe environment for adults to be seen, feel heard and develop their own wellness toolbox necessary to live a meaningful life. My goal is to meet individuals where they are and support them through their journey. I take a person-centered perspective to working with every individual. I provide individual, group and family therapy.
