I specialize in providing EMDR therapy to assist with trauma and other mental health concerns such as depression and anxiety related issues. Other methods I often utilize include play therapy techniques, sandtray therapy, art therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy in sessions. I work with you to ensure therapeutic techniques fit your preferences.
