I love working with individuals in the big transition stages of life. I have a passion for helping patients sort out the often confusing and disorienting realization that there is no "right" way to do things. Being a new parent, navigating relationships and intimacy, working through family relationhships and the every changing political climate are all transitions that interest me. The journey is about figuring out a happy medium between your way and what is acceptable to those that love and support you.
I am an EMDR Certified therapist and EMDR Consultant. I offer EMDR individual coaching, EMDR Certification, and ongoing EMDR Consultation for those looking to bring their EMDR practice to the next level. I am trained in several different types of EMDR practice and have a focus on using Somatic approaches in EMDR.
My ultimate goal is to provide individuals with as many powerful tools as possible to provide resolution to their symptoms. I love working with those who understand or are curious about the mind and body connection when working with emotions and behaviors. The body is a very powerful tool in learning how to be intentional in navigating our world.
