I am a LCSW in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Arizona, and received my MSW degree from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Social Work in 1994. I work collaboratively with my clients, meeting them where they are, to reveal and dismantle the mechanisms that inhibit healthy and meaningful relationships with others - and most importantly, within themselves. I use an integrative approach combining interpersonal, cognitive, behavioral, and family systems to address clients' issues.
I work from a non-judgmental, strengths-based approach; assisting and supporting clients to be their best selves. During the therapy process, I assist clients in discovering their strengths, building a support system, and developing a healthy lifestyle to set the foundation for life success- moving clients from Surviving to Thriving.
