Sports are and have always been a part of my life. As a former college athlete, I understand the challenges of finding identity with and without sport. I know what it takes both emotionally and physically to perform, and now as a proud mom of 3, I understand the family dynamic piece as well. I have worked with people of all ages and their families as a licensed Professional School Counselor in the education system for the past 8 years, which provides me a unique perspective in life transitions, specifically in career and college counseling.
