I specialize in working with survivors of abuse, individuals with a history of trauma, those struggling with depression, teens who are experiencing academic or behavioral challenges & young adults who feel unsatisfied with life.
I employ Cognitive Behavioral Strategies and am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In certain circumstances, I incorporate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques. I also utilize Motivational Interviewing, Reality Therapy, Positive Psychology and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I accept clients ages 12-65 and have extensive experience working with adolescents and young adults (ages 12-40). My office is a safe space for individuals from all religious and ethnic backgrounds. I am also LGBTQ+ affirming.
