I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and PTSD. My therapeutic approach is based on what each individual client needs. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy. However I also believe in using a person's strengths to help them meet their goals.
I have been providing psychotherapy to adults with depression, anxiety, and trauma/PTSD for over 11 years. I have specialized training in these areas because of my time working at the Veteran's Health Administration.
