These last few years have presented many challenges for everyone. Depression, anxiety, addiction, grief and other issues are on a rise. It is not always easy to make the decision to reach out for therapy. However, therapy can help and support a person through what they are experiencing. Change is not easy; it takes courage to change and you do not have to face it alone. I have worked in acute care for many years with adults, elderly, children and adolescents. I feel confident to work with many mental health issues.
My approach is to follow the client and to utilize techniques that I have training and experience in to aid you in making well informed decisions and changes. Interventions such as CBT, DBT, EFT, MTI, Mindfulness and Solution-Focused therapy. I am also an expressive therapist and can implement the use of music, art, experiential and psychodrama.
