My passion lies in helping individuals who are dealing with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, life/self-improvement and relationships. I use a variety of approaches and techniques that are geared for the needs of each individual client.

I believe that therapy begins with building trust and communication between the client and counselor and it is my goal to provide you with a safe and comfortable environment that will help you along your healing journey.
