I know how difficult it is to reach out. Congratulations on your first step. If you are struggling with issues of anxiety, depression, feeling stressed or overwhelmed please reach out. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages including, children, adolescents, and adults. I work diligently to make sure that I treat others with dignity and respect at all times. I will do my best to ensure that you and your family feel comfortable by establishing a therapeutic rapport early during your time in therapy.
I am a Nationally Certified Trauma Specialist, with many years' experience working with individuals that have experienced multiple traumas. I specialize in working with trauma victims. I enjoy working in conjunction with client's network of support to ensure success.
I enjoy working with individuals that may need a family focused therapeutic approach. I know each individuals is unique, and so are their needs, this may mean integration of family support and/or network of support to ensure therapeutic success. All appointments are currently online.
