I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from UHCL. My experience comes from working with a range of individuals in both the private and hospital setting. My goal is to assist clients in developing appropriate coping skills that allows them to lead a happy, healthy and meaningful life.
Particularly, I have worked with adolescents and adults struggling with depression, mood disorders, anxiety, grief and loss, acute mental illness and different forms of addiction. I have significant training in psychological assessments, which has been a great asset in helping individuals and their families cope effectively with a new diagnosis.
