As human beings we are born with an innate need to connect to others. Utilizing the Trauma Informed Approach, together we will explore generational trauma that has been passed down generation to generation. At Safe Space Talk, we will use therapeutic rapport to facilitate a (safe) holding environment that aims to provide a corrective emotional experience to unresolved emotional wounds from the passed or (present) .
Through the use of empathetic, nonjudgemental listening and emotional attunement, Safe Space Talk Clinicians will partner with you to pull back layers and address underlying factors that sustain negative emotions that interfere with your daily functions. We offer Bilingual Services in English/Spanish/Haitian-Creole. Telehealth Services offered in CT & NYS.
