If are struggling with anything from deep depression to simply wanting to achieve goals that seem out of reach, I believe that I can help you get to a place where you are not just surviving, but truly living. Struggling with mental health can be so lonely and scary, but you do not need to face it alone. I have experience in helping individuals, families, teenagers, and couples. One of my favorite parts of therapy is the privilege of developing a deep relationship with those I am helping. I have found that both my clients and I look forward to meeting and working through the struggles that come with life.
After the first session, most of my clients feel like they can talk to me as if they were talking to a good friend. I don’t want you to feel like you are going to someone to confess your misdeeds. I want you to feel like you’re going to someone who can support you through your struggles and help you feel better.
I have worked to support those struggling with mental health for over 10 years, and I am confident that I can help you. I want to meet you where you are, both emotionally and physically. I have found that doing therapy outdoors on a walk can be extremely effective; it can be calming, and clients find it to be less intimidating.
