Hello! My name is Tania Zargari, LCSW. In my practice, I like to offer a safe, warm, and judgement-free environment for my clients to feel comfortable to open up and be vulnerable. In the first few sessions of treatment, I like to identify the presenting issues and goals for therapy to make therapy organized and beneficial for my clients. My areas of expertise include Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Relationship issues, Borderline Personality Disorder, life transitions and etc. In treatment, I like to use Mindfulness, DBT, CBT, and Solution Focused therapy. I hope to make this a transformative and life-changing experience for you!
I am comfortable treating depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family or work issues. I like to work most with TAY population 18-26 years old but open to 18 and up. I create an open and safe environment my session will usually be open to clients to discuss what they want and I intervene by providing feedback and interventions.
I have always been easy to open up to and people share their problems with me. I have also had my own struggles which helped me be more empathetic and understanding of others, hence, I choose this to be my career -helping others.
