I am a licensed social worker and a pre-licensed therapist. I am a Mexican immigrant and daughter of bakers. I am trained in EMDR and the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method, both interventions focus on supporting individuals to process trauma. I am continously inspired by mother nature, the spirit/history of the land, and Mexican cultural traditions in my work.
