As a licensed therapist with 20 years experience, my approach is focused on the mind/body connection and uncovering the strength and wisdom we hold within. I am passionate about empowering women and working with issues such as anxiety, codependency, low self-esteem, narcissistic abuse, life transitions, relationship struggles, learning to set boundaries, and understanding what you truly want and need in your life. I provide a nurturing yet honest atmosphere for you to uncover your authentic voice, dreams and desires while gaining practical solutions that you can use today to meet life’s challenges.
Understanding that change and healing comes from working with the mind and the body, I have gained additional certification as a yoga instructor and extensive experience and training in meditation and hypnosis. Using a variety of techniques, I can help you connect your mind and body to better understand what you truly need and want in your life.
