My goal as a therapist is to be a bridge from hopeless to healing. I know during difficult times it may seem impossible to find your way but by working together we can figure out a plan unique to you and your struggle. If you are feeling stuck, afraid, or finding it hard to be in relationship with loved ones or family members, I can create a safe place for you to get the tools you need to feel in control and like the expert of your own life again.
I help people that have experienced major trauma in their past and are currently finding it hard to manage in both small and large ways. I support couples maintain their love or save their relationship. I also work with those that are grieving, need help overcoming a fear, accepting their identities or deal with the pain of those that can not accept.
My goal is to provide safety, security and support in our work together. To create a space that is free from judgement and full of kindness and consistency as we figure out what works best for you!
