I love working with professionals in the throes of their careers as well as parents dealing with the stresses of everyday life including raising children, living with adult children or children with special needs, or dealing with aging parents. My clients desire to improve their circumstances, but do not have the resources to make their goals a reality (yet). They may feel stuck in a limited situation with their careers or family situation but yearn to address what is going on their own terms.
I serve clients who are experiencing difficulty addressing stressful and/or traumatic events, family conflict and dynamics, serious chronic illness, workplace stress, entrepreneurial/business owner stress and burnout. I work with clients to advocate for themselves in all situations and to identify and move toward their individual goals.
As a provider my greatest desire is to provide a nonjudgmental environment where you are able to be yourself. My goal is to provide you quality care and skills that meets your needs not my own.
