I am a well versed therapist with a passion for treating individuals of all ages from various backgrounds. Empowering my client(s) is something that I am unwaveringly committed to. I understand this can only be possible by allowing two-way candid, transparent, & relatable moments. Before there can be any rebuilding and client empowerment, it is often crucial that my client(s) and I form a strong connection in the beginning. I am a firm believer that getting to know my client outside of the therapeutic process; will better facilitate any accommodations needed in future sessions. A trusting space allows for vulnerable conversations.
I work with teens and adults of various backgrounds who struggle with substance abuse, poor self-esteem, interpersonal challenges, depression, anxiety trauma related symptoms and grief. My approach is eclectic and is tailored to meet the client(s) needs. My modalities include SFT, CBT, DBT, NT, MI and MCBT, Family Systemic and Christian Based Therapy.
