I help women have find their voice, their confidence, and claim their space in their relationships to their partners, their children, and most importantly, themselves. My clients struggle as you do. Despite their compassion, work ethic, and motivation, life is hard. When they first come in, they feel lost and confused why life feels so hard when they’ve done everything right. They fell stuck and unable to make choices. Big things and little things feel equally overwhelming and unmanageable. Or they find themselves making choices that they later regret and don’t understand why they made them.
My approach to therapy is very integrative depending upon the needs of each client. I use a combination of Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, Family Systems Theory, and Mindfulness in my approach to counseling. I believe you are the agent of change, and I am here to help you along your path healing and growth as you work to achieve your goals.
