Tammy is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Approved Clinical Supervisor, National Certified Counselor, Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor, Internationally Credentialed Sandtray Therapist, EMDR and perinatal trained clinician. Tammy has specialized training and experience in the treatment of trauma & loss. She works with children (3 yrs+), adolescents, and adults addressing issues of depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, abuse, college/career, military issues, and perinatal & menopausal mental health concerns. Tammy has a large welcoming sandtray play therapy room and separate space for adult talk and sandtray therapy.
Tammy founded Resilience Counseling & Play Therapy out of her devotion to help others learn skills and develop resilience when faced with life’s challenges. RCPT is committed to supporting those who are experiencing stressors now or from the past, seeking to heal, to move forward, or to tackle challenges with creativity, hope, and a cheerful outlook.
