I use "talk therapies" to provide therapeutic support, guidance, clinical insight/education, and advocacy for those I serve.
My therapeutic approach is Person-Centered (Rogerian); However, I enjoy integrating creative means to assist in helping individuals reach their treatment goals. This includes the use of movies, books, and expressive arts as educational tools and a means to further explore aspects of our lives without the discomfort of directly talking about the experience(s)
