I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have helped others with life situations for decades. This brought me to pursue an education and licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I offer an inclusive environment and faith-based Christian counseling. Through Grace and Hope, I will work with you to identify your passions, personality, strengths, and weaknesses and forge a path to fulfillment. The goals you set will be the direction we work on together. I work with clients who struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationships, and conflict.
I specialize in meeting with people where they are and providing an inclusive environment to address trauma, depression, anxiety, relationships, and conflict resolution. I am certified in Trauma Therapy-CBT, CAMS and am currently working on DBT certification.
It can be overwhelming to share what is going on in your head and your heart. I offer Grace and Hope for you to look inside and heal what has been keeping you from attaining the life you want.
