There are times in our lives when we need someone to help us navigate through difficult journeys such as grief and loss, or a circumstance in our lives which we cannot face alone. Perhaps anxiety is rearing its head, or there's a sense of being alone at a time where we need help. I believe it's always better to have someone to walk through these difficult journeys with us.
I specialize in working with individuals who are going through difficulties such as family crises, grief and loss, divorce, and anxiety. As a Christian therapist, I also enjoy helping people with spiritual issues. Having worked extensively in these areas, I am passionate about assisting people in making lasting changes in their lives.
If we decide to work together, one of my goals for our therapeutic relationship will be that you don't feel as though you are walking this journey alone. Together we will develop a treatment plan specific to your needs and goals for therapy.
