My name is Tammie Chesworth, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Southern California working with clients statewide via telehealth. I employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Rational Emotive Therapy techniques to support clients in their progress towards feeling better.
