As a marriage and family therapist providing care to individuals, couples and families, I utilize a systems approach to improve understanding of self, others, and the issues you are struggling with to facilitate more effective problem-solving. Together, we explore the systems in which you function - family, relationships, school/work, and the larger community - to identify opportunities for change that promote individual and relational well-being. Systemic/relational therapies promote problem-solving and healing by supporting communication and flexibility, building empathy, promoting connection and building healthier relationships.
