My life has been about serving others and continuing to educate myself in many different areas to help people in a more holistic manner that addresses concerns of the mind and body to bring them into better alignment. I have a masters in Mental Health Counseling, a Certificate in Systemic Couple and Family Therapy and in Integrative Nutrition-Health Coach.
