She has clinical experience working with adults, children and families with mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression and Trauma. Tami has worked with people of various ages, members of the LGBTQ community and also worked in various settings including an outpatient behavioral health facility, transitional independent living and via telehealth behavioral health.
Tami actively applies approaches such as CBT, behavioral activation, psychodynamic and mindfulness as a foundational framework for those she works with to help them understand their feelings. Her diverse clinical background and experience have taught her that those entering therapy must be met with compassion and acceptance.
