My ideal client would be someone who has found themselves stuck and needs support from someone outside their circle to help give them that push needed to be the best version of themselves. Another passion of mine is the family unit. Especially after the pandemic, families are having a hard time establishing a routine again. Often children are exhibiting resistant behaviors that cause family stress. I work with the family as a whole to establish a routine of nurturing and consistent boundaries that work to get everyone back on track to a nice family flow for everyone.

As an adult who survived severe childhood trauma, I believe in the power of play for children as well as adults! Art, music, and creativity often bring out the best in all of us whether we realize it is happening or not. Through play and creative approaches, I seek to find that inner child and allow them a safe and comfortable place to explore themselves.
