This includes using a collaborative, nonjudgmental approach with my clients. I consider you to be the expert on your own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while my primary purpose is to provide support and assistance.
I use an integrative behavioral health approach to therapy. The goal is to support whole-person healing. When selecting my treatment approach(es), I consider my clients’ social history, diversity factors, presenting concerns, and goals for treatment. I believe in providing my clients with an individualized approach to treatment.
