I have more than 25 years working in the counseling profession and have counseled and coached thousands. I am also a Certified Life Coach. There are so many stressors today, but with the proper strategies and techniques you can learn to manage them. I help people discover life purpose, solve frustrations, worry, fear, anxiety, depression, lack of self-confidence, career issues, fulfillment and future goals etc. I work with you and empower you to put the necessary skills and strategies in place that will lead to your better wellbeing. I will listen to understand so that we can create a plan that will get you the results you desire.
I help clients manage fear, anxiety and the stressors of life. In addition, develop the skills and strategies needed along with the energy and courage to activate them. Having a plan of action to work through the issues so that you can move forward and live a better life. My approach is solution and cognitive based, together working with the end in mind.
