Asking for help is not easy. Coming to the place of needing help to move beyond where you are takes courage. When you decide to take that step, I will be there to walk with you through your journey of healing. I find it a privilege to work with children, teens, adults, to have resilience. I use a variety of approaches to work through trauma, life transitions, depression, anxiety, divorce, medical trauma to get you back to where you want to be. I believe that people can live through and grow from life’s most difficult things. It would be my honor to join you in the journey to move beyond the tough places.

I am EMDR trained, use DBT, and CBT to help people emerge as the best version of themselves. I also provide EMDR intensives in a variety of ways both in person and tele-health.
