Therapy is a collaborative process where you have an active role.
Depending on your needs and preferences, we explore how past events have influenced your daily life (Psychodynamic Approach), we uncover emotional patterns that are part of your identity (Emotionally Focused Therapy), and we identify how your thoughts influence your behavior (Cognitive Behavioral approach).
I am Christian and if the client prefers it, I incorporate Christian/biblical values in our clinical work. In addition, I am trained to understand and explore the challenges of living in an urban and cross-cultural setting.
