I have over ten years of experience as a mental health therapist. I have worked with all ages, diagnoses, and helped clients navigate a wide range of life challenges. I believe that the most important piece of the therapy process is the relationship. Beyond any approaches, I want to make sure you feel seen and heard and cared about by me.
