We may all be faced with a different challenge in this new era that we are in. Some of us have discovered things about ourselves and others that we wish could be different. If you are wanting to make positive changes in your life I would love to help you explore that. I offer therapy for emotional and relational issues, but especially understanding your own unique personality and how it plays out in accomplishing your goals for change. I offer individual therapy tailored especially for you. I will teach you a new way to live. I will teach you how to live well.
Our therapy is based on the idea that we can all learn a new way to think, live, and grow. The human brain gets entrenched in patterns that sometimes requires outside support for us to see a new perspective. I use the BEC Enneagram Personality model to help clients understand themselves and how to be on a healthy growth path.
At LivingWell Psychotherapy I endeavor to provide care in a supportive, nurturing environment. I believe in the teaching model to empower clients to learn and grow. These sessions are often experiential, involve education and assessments, and are followed up with optional homework to reinforce what is accomplished in the session.

Groups
Enneagram groups will be starting soon!
Groups will be designed according to the Enneagram personality types. The groups will help clients learn their core motivations as in: desires, fears, longings, and weaknesses. The interaction will be a coaching style that is positive based and helps each participant learn to be the best version of their personality.
