I have been working with adolescents, adults and couples for over 30 years. I do both traditional "talk therapy" as well as expressive arts therapy in my fully equipped studio (on site). I specialize in helping people with life transitions (separation, divorce ) and provide Co-parenting mediation services for families living in bi-nuclear households. I have extensive training in trauma resolution, the Enneagram, current brain science, Gestalt therapy and process work. I have had the honor of working with many individuals and families over the years and I have a strong commitment to improving my skills and techniques every year.
I have had the honor of helping people heal and grow for over 25 years. I train every year to improve my skills so that what I have to offer clients is relevant and based on current research. I am careful to ensure that my clients and I are always a "good match" and will help you find the right clinician if our fit isn't correct.
If you have questions about whether or not we might be a good match, please feel free to call or email. I will be happy to speak with you about whether or not I am the right person to help you. Oregon license T5108. California license 41062.
