I support adults to challenge negative beliefs, disruptive behaviors, explore behaviors that do not serve you and you want to change.

I specialize in working with betrayal trauma, PTSD, inner child work, relationship issues, substance use disorders, sex/porn addiction, and attachment issues/wounds. I work with both individuals and couples. I use multiple modalities in my practice. I also facilitate more intense work with a deeper focus on processing, somatic work, and self-empowerment.
