Therapeutic support means understanding the underlying emotional and psychological factors contributing to an eating disorder and knowing how to help. I'm here to help you develop a healthier relationship with food and body, reclaim an eating disorder's control over your life, and impart the skills necessary to manage the intense emotions and stress these issues often create.
I bring a deep understanding of the complexities of eating disorders. My approach is holistic, addressing not only the physical aspects of the disorder but also the emotional, psychological, and social factors. I provide individualized therapy that includes CBT-E, FBT, MBCT, ACT, and CBT-AR.
