Often we repeat patterns of thought and behavior and need to connect more deeply to what our underlying issues truly are, when clients gain more awareness and connection to their deeper selves they are able to make different and better choices and change their lives.
I am a trained in Psychodynamic psychotherapy and Gestalt psychotherapy, a holistic psychotherapy that uses information from both body and mind to help you gain insight and resolve issues. I am trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) which is a very helpful way to address and heal past trauma.
I practice Reiki an energy healing modality, great for stress and pain. I am aware of alternative types of therapies and practice several of them.
