I've worked in California and Maryland, and in many settings including working with young adults, and hospice care. I grew up overseas and have an awareness of culture, and cultural effects on mental health. I have helped clients with ADHD, Anxiety, grief, and adjustment to life changes. I work well with clients of all parts of the social economic spectrum, from individuals struggling to connect with resources, to high functioning, highly educated individuals. I also work multiple platforms, so if you can’t schedule on my primary platform Alma, send me a message to see if I work with another platform that takes your insurance.
My counseling style is warm and supportive, and I believe in helping my clients find their strengths and their solutions. I use modalities from ACT, person centered to cognitive behavior therapy depending on the client and the issues they are struggling with. I look forward to being your ally and working with you!
