I am licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years experience working with adults and couples in a variety of settings. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma, relationship issues, grief and loss, work-life balance, acculturation, career counseling, parenting, divorce, and other life transitions.
My practice is collaborative helping clients to better understand how past and current experiences and patterns of behavior impact their wellbeing which once identified and processed allows us to make a plan for positive changes for improved management of symptoms, emotions, relationships, and stressors and increased confidence and feelings of empowerment.
