I work as a team with clients to heal wounds, identify maladaptive thinking patterns, and create new, healthy ones.
I implement a variety of therapeutic strategies including but not limited to CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Solution Focused Therapy, and Reality Therapy.
