I help folks who have gone through stressful or traumatic events. Sometimes people can't stop crying or can't cry at all. I see individuals and couples who feel lost, alone, sad, not good enough, but are starting to think maybe they don't have to go this alone. I watch my clients get unstuck out of old patterns that aren't working for them anymore. And then they start to figure out life and/or relationship that they want. They start to create new habits that they chose for themselves. Fundamentally, I believe that everyone can grow and that it's never too late.
I have three loves: trauma-informed individual therapy, relationship therapy, and sex therapy, depending on what your unique situation calls for. I'm trained in brainspotting, sex therapy, and level 1 & 2 Gottman. I also have a passion for working with sex addiction, sexual trauma, pain with sex, erectile dysfunction and low-libido.
