I am a Licensed Associate Counselor in the state of New Jersey. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Stockton University, and Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kean University. My background consists of working with children, adolescents, and adults in various partial hospitalization and outpatient settings providing individual and group support. I have worked with clients struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, and stress management. I provide a warm, empathetic, and judgment free space for clients to freely express themselves.
I firmly believe in meeting the client where they are for an individualized treatment that is tailored to their specific needs. My approach is person-centered, placing an emphasis on collaboration and strong therapeutic alliance.
