To help improve their life satisfaction and overall quality of life
To help this client I would provide basic psycho-education on stress, anxiety, and depression along with detailing functional family dynamics. Then I would introduce the principles of CBT and DBT; specifically cognitive challenging and reframing of automatic negative thoughts .
