I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and strength-based approaches to allow you to become more self-aware and grow in a positive direction. My focus is meeting you where you are at, helping you learn new approaches, viewing things in a different light, and achieving your goals.
I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years helping people of various ages, symptoms, and backgrounds. I will use this experience to make my approach unique for you and/or your family. I will work closely with you to develop individualized goals to help meet your full potential.
