I am specialized in working with adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families who are experiencing difficulties related to dealing with life changes, grief, setting goals, conflict resolution, anger, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, relationship issues, emotional dysregulation, cognitive distortions, spiritual concerns, behavioral issues, attachment issues, confidence, self esteem, and self awareness.
I use a variety of different counseling approaches to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. Each therapeutic approach is designed to challenge, and also guide you to radically accepting and understanding who you are.
