Anxiety, just like with most mental health conditions, often makes people feel stuck, uncertain, and hopeless. As a small practice, our job is to prioritize each person's needs and be the calming center that you can trust. We use empowerment as a tool to help clients with self-esteem issues, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, depression, and worry. If our clients feel accepted and heard, we believe that they can gain control back of their lives.
Hello, I am Dr. Andrea Guerrero Robles, DMFT, founder of Take the Rein Counseling Center. I use my specialization with children, adolescents, and anxiety to help people create different experiences in therapy and to help them believe in themselves. We are flexible with scheduling, are bilingual, and offer both in person and online appointments.
