Do you feel outside the mainstream American culture due to neurodivergence and spirituality? Are you looking for "alternative" healing? Maybe you have been through therapy before without much success. If you want a more holistic approach to healing and want to engage in therapy specifically created for you that feels authentic and practical, I’m here for you. It's time to dig deeper into your healing journey. Sleep issues, relationship issues, stress, grief, parenting, and depression are a few of my focus areas. LGBTQIA+ friendly. I also specialize in attachment theories. Let's share some connection, laughs, and healing experiences.
As a therapist, yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, and someone who cares, I want to come alongside you in this healing journey. We will incorporate a variety of therapy approaches as well as eastern philosophy, breath work, various meditations and visualizations, skill building, and releasing trauma from the body. It is time for you to heal.
I understand struggle, anxiety, trauma, depression, and chronic pain on a personal level.
