Welcome! I am Tajha Lewis LCSW, LCDC, CGP, CCTP, a mental health professional with over 6 years in the field. I have worked with adult individuals with numerous concerns including substance abuse/dependency, grief and loss, women's issues just to name a few. My approach to therapy is empathic, compassionate, creative, non-judgmental, and client centered, yet direct and straightforward. I believe in treating everyone with respect and dignity. I utilize a Solution-Focused, Strength-based approach and incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other therapeutic modalities.
